Former My Chemical Romance drummer Bob Bryar has been found dead at the age of 44

The former drummer of a popular rock band died at the age of 44.

TMZ reports that Bob Bryar, My Chemical Romance’s longest-serving drummer, was found dead Tuesday at his home in Tennessee. The cause of death has not been announced, but foul play is not suspected.

TMZ sources say Bryar was last seen alive on November 4. Animal guardians were reportedly called to the home and took away two dogs after discovering his decomposed body.

Bryar was the drummer for My Chemical Romance from 2004 to 2010, appearing on the alternative rock/emo/punk group’s iconic album “The Black Parade.” He also co-wrote the songs for “Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys”, released in 2010, which included the hit single “Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)”.

Bryar and other MCR members, including vocalist Gerard Way and guitarist Ray Toro, were injured while filming the music video for “Famous last words” in 2006. Bryar suffered third-degree burns and several concerts were canceled due to health problems.

According to New York Post OfficeBryar was previously a sound technician for The Used and replaced original MCR drummer Matt Pelissier on both bands’ 2004 tour. According to TMZ, after leaving My Chemical Romance, he worked on other bands’ tours and then entered the real estate industry. .

My Chemical Romance has not commented on Bryar’s death. The band has reunited for a 2022 tour, minus Bryar, and has a handful of them “Long live the Black Parade” concerts. scheduled for next year.
